One-Day Programs

The Landlords of Iowa Legislative Day on the Hill is the day when association members visit the Iowa State Capitol in Des Moines, learn what legislation might affect landlords, and have the opportunity to meet with their local legislators.
It is important that as many members as possible attend and share their thoughts to make sure that our voices are being heard.

Board Meetings

The Landlords of Iowa Board of Directors meet quarterly to discuss association business. All members are welcome to attend, but need to notify us at least two days prior to the meeting, by calling Landlords of Iowa, c/o Keith Smith 319-892-3056 or by email smithke@mchsi.com
