WHAT DO YOU DO IF YOU HAVE A TENANT WHO HAS ABANDENED THE PROPERTY FOR MORE THAN THE TWO (2) WEEKS, WITHOUT NOTICE OF BEING GONE? WHAT FORMS DO YOU USE TO SERVE THEM? ARE THERE ANY PROPER FORMS? I HAVE NOT FOUND ANY IN THE IOWA CODE. WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT THEIR PEERSONAL BELONGINGS SO THAT YOU CAN GET THE PROPERTY RERENTED?
